Job Description
Capital Data Science LLC has an opening for the position of CPA in Dallas, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
> Review the preparation of S-Corporations, Partnerships, C-Corporations, and ultra-high net worth individuals’ U.S. federal and multi-state income tax returns.
> Interact directly with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise
> Research tax issues, review legislative developments, and continuously improve tax knowledge
> Review and assist with tax calculations and reconciliations for book to tax differences, special projects in support of corporate goals, implement process improvements and other objectives to support clients
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
> Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration highly preferred
MUST-HAVE
> Active CPA license
> Minimum of 5 years working with privately held companies
> Minimum of 3 years working with HNW & UHNW individuals and families
